EmPulse – Electromagnetic Defectoscope


FEATURES

The electromagnetic defectoscope EmPulse® detects flaws in first, second, third and fourth metal barriers in the well . The tool is capable of detecting and locating lateral and longitudinal defects in well completion components, assessing downhole equipment status, and estimating surveyed pipe wall thickness deviation from nominal value using EmPulse® data interpretation software. The surveyed pipes may be made of various steel and corrosion-resistant alloys including non-magnetic ones.
